I know you are not referring to me when you write, "wish you were here" but in all fairness I just really wish this dish (and 3 more just like it) were here, piping hot, with me right now.
Actually, was addressed to pretty much any damn reader, felt funny making transgressive holiday fare all by my lonesome.
